Down On Seven is an original hard rock band from Cromwell, Connecticut, formed on July 7, 2007 (07-07-07). Their style is a blend of hard rock with a metal, grunge and a hint of punk rock. They combine rock, thunder and riffs with melodic tunes and rhythms. Good and different backgrounds from each member built a strong performance that already made a big impact. more
To Our Fans:
Well ladies & gentlemen, we regret to inform you that Bill Taylor has decided to leave Down On Seven. There were no arguements or hostility or resentment in Bill's leaving. He decided that he could no longer be in Down On Seven anymore and told us that he was leaving AND that he would help us to find another drummer as well as try to make the transition easier for the new guy. On top of Bill being the biggest hearted guy in the band, he is departing with class and dignity. Bill is a true class-act with honor and dignity as well as heart and he will be missed by us as a band.
Now in the wake of that, we introduce Brian Harris. Check him out at myspace.com/crazydrums78. He has been a friend of Fiel's for years. The rest of us met Brian a short time ago. He's an easy-going guy, but pours out emotion behind the kit. I'd like you all to welcome him as we have and, when we have shows, come check him out. I promise you will not be disappointed.

The band is playing October 11th at the Webster Theatre opening for Theory of a Dead Man. Doors open at 7pm. Make sure to check them out now because its going to be their last show for a couple of months. Down On Seven will concentrate all their musical might and come up with a kick ass album, then continue their tours as soon as possible.
